Not far away is another fantastic option Mabie Farm Park. Collect your bag of feed from the shop and get up close to friendly animals such as Highland and Belted Galloway cows, Shetland ponies, Jacob sheep, ducks, peacocks and many more besides. For a fun way to explore the farm children can go on donkey rides or small children can enjoy a trip on the 'Choo Choo Express' through the park.
With many more attractions to enjoy at the farm parks such as quad bikes, astro slides, boating ponds and adventure playgrounds alongside indoor play areas with bouncy castles, soft play areas, and trampolines you can have a great day whatever the weather.
Refuel at the tearooms, which serve homemade snacks and cakes, or enjoy a picnic whilst admiring stunning scenery.
